Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The check-in process was smooth thanks to friendly staff, and we loved the various pools and spacious rooms. However, we faced significant issues with noise from maintenance work and a lack of proper customer service responses. Overall, while there are great facilities, the experience was marred by dissatisfaction with some aspects of service.

The rooms we had were spacious and clean, offering a great view of the fireworks at night, which was a magical touch. However, we faced a lot of condensation on the outside, which hindered the view during some parts of our stay.

Although we had some friendly interactions with the front desk staff at first, our experience greatly declined during a maintenance issue where the response was poor and rude, which left us feeling neglected.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the Disney parks, making travel exceptionally easy and quick for family outings. There are also several family-friendly activities on-site.

Dining options were very good, and the overall quality of the food at the on-site restaurants impressed us. There were plenty of choices to satisfy our cravings.
